Return Policy

We know it can sometimes be hard to choose the right items online, and we want to make sure you're completely happy with your purchasing experience with Harekrsnaimpex . So we've made the process of returning anything that's 'not quite right' as easy as possible. You can choose to return or exchange your item within Seven (7) days of delivery with the original receipt or other proof of purchase. As soon as we receive your item in our warehouse, we will refund you the original purchase price for your order, but the returned item must be unused, or unworn with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories attached. The refund of your Order's original purchase price will be refunded via bank account within 15 days.

We simply ask that:

1.        Items are intact, unbroken, unworn and unused (with the original tags intact)

2.        Items are in the original packaging (which needs to be in original condition)

3.        You retain your receipt for proof of purchase.

PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS AND REFUNDS

If a promotional discount applies to your Order originally, then the same discount will be applicable to each Product of your Order that you return. This means that you will only be refunded the amount that you originally paid for your Order or any given Product. Further, any free promotional gift given with an Order must also be returned if you are returning the Product(s) to which the gift related.
